Guided Growth does not accept insurance and is considered an Out Of Network (OON) provider. Many plans provide out of network reimbursement. I can provide Superbills for you to submit for reimbursement.

In compliance with the No Surprises Act you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate.

I schedule a complimentary 15 minute phone with each client to discuss therapeutic fit. If we mutually decide we are a strong therapeutic match I will schedule a an initial intake session.

60 minute intake session- $170

55- minute standard session- $160

Guided Growth Counseling offers a limited number of sliding scale and probono services based on request.

Sliding scale and probono services are based off of need and availability.

I offer in person services centrally located in Cary, NC. If in person is not a fit for you, I provide teleheath services.
